The rides below are shown from the easiest, suitable for families and beginners to the most technical, suitable for advanced riders who want to experience a challenge.

Note: All our bike tours depart from our shop in Cabarete. The tours that invlove transport do not include pick ups from hotels. We can arrange transfers for you on request.

1- Islabon Coast Cruise (10 kms riding + boat trip)

Combine a boat trip down the Yasica river with an easy 10km bike ride along the coast. This is an extremely informative bike tour, where beginners, families and bird lovers will have a chance to learn about the Dominican coastal vegetation and daily fishing life. A must for all families.

2- Downhill Cruise Adventure

An exhilarating day of fun. Join Iguana Mama and her expert guides on an adventure through the interior of the Dominican Republic. A chance to get out of the heat of the country. After breakfast at the summit of the Cibao Valley, cycle with us down winding mountain roads as we glimpse into one of the most lush valleys in the world. Sample exotic fruits and learn about Dominican culture and vegetation as we bike through Dominican villages.

3- Old River Ride (24.1 kms = 15 miles)

An Iguana Mama original. We start a gradual uphill on a dirt road and then off-road deep into the country side. The trail follows the Yasica river offering great mountain bike terrain as well as flat stretches. You will be exhilarated by the unspoiled countryside this tour offers.

4- El Choco Loco (44 kms = 27.5 miles)

For the person with stamina! This ride is a total of 40Km, half of which is off-road. We follow a Dominican back road across the mountains and see rural life in the wooded countryside.

5- Rocky M.F. (28.3 kms = 17.6 miles)

 

Enter the newest National Park in the country. This ride has it all - technical sections, climbing, downhill's, single track and outstanding scenery. A hard-core mountain bikers dream.

6- Max Endurance (60 kms)
